They have a direct delivery with Note Studio. That means, when you have
paid, you can download the full version immediately. No registration code
allowed.

Better make sure you will still get a registration code if you do this. The
developer might not have contacted this reseller to take it off their site. 

Steve better check into this if he doesn't already know about it.
