Hi Dennis

I am in completely the same boat as you. I have a T3 and love it to bits but it's bulky and I have to carry a separate phone which I don't use very much.
I have been looking at the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1. It hasn't got the big screen of the T3 but it does have:

A form of Graffiti
An on screen Qwerty Keyboard (this is the selling point for me)
A slide out physical keyboard (in landscape mode) I hate mobile phone keypads - this is very neat.
Very clear screen 800 x 480 (I think)
Lots of free applications available

Only downside: it runs Windows Mobile. My colleague at work has purchased one. He was looking for a PDA, that was also a phone and not visa versa, as his ancient Psion 5MX PDA finally gave up the ghost. He is not a Windows fan but is very impressed with it so far.

I am seriously tempted.

Cherie

I've been using Palms for a decade, DateBK & Bonsai for most of that time on my T3 since they came out and now I have no idea what to do!

I have spare T3's and love it and the software but I've grown tired of carrying it and a cell phone! Now I'm seeing the end of an era and I have next to no idea what to do! I haven't want to give up my 320x480 screen or would have already moved to a Palm phone. I also don't want to give up graffiti! Now Palm OS is dead and I'm stumped!

Did I mention that I have no idea what to do?
