I feel your pain. I switched (upgraded would imply an improvement) to Vista and lost Palm Support and have been looking at the alternatives. Sadly, the smartphone killed the PDA, but I will eventually carry only one device. I looked at the Pre, but it seems like it only syncs through the air and if that is the case, any web app will do. I liked the blackberry and that is the leading contender right now. The blackberry would also only raise my Sprint bill $10.00 a month, the Pre would be more. I am also thinking about a netbook as a replacement for the palm. Seems strange, but would keep everything and be packable. I will miss my palm. <...> > > ________________________________ > From: Dennis Thornton <dennisthornton@...> > To: [email protected] > Sent: Wednesday, 19 August, 2009 12:27:55 > Subject: [GtD_Palm] Re: Last major update of Bonsai with Palm OS support > > > I've been using Palms for a decade, DateBK & Bonsai for most of that time on my T3 since they came out and now I have no idea what to do! > > I have spare T3's and love it and the software but I've grown tired of carrying it and a cell phone! Now I'm seeing the end of an era and I have next to no idea what to do! I haven't want to give up my 320x480 screen or would have already moved to a Palm phone. I also don't want to give up graffiti! Now Palm OS is dead and I'm stumped! > > Did I mention that I have no idea what to do? <...>
