yes, I can, I tried it when I first got it, and, if I can tether a Palm,
why not a PC

I'll test it again for performance, but not tonight

but today I tried d/l and u/l using RAZR's mail client same email, as well
as TX over home WiFi and bluetooth

email 1MB PDF mimed 1.5MB

     TX<>3G    TX<>WiFi  TX<>bt   3G
d/l  2:30m     1:15      2:00     1:10m
u/l  4:00m     3:30      4:30     3:10m
