Which file am I supposed to download?

I realized that I got the Note Pad etc icons in the Palm Desktop but I still did not have the CONDUITS... I had set to keep 3 party conduits because I was afraid I would lose them if I said to install the Palm ones. When I said to install the Palm conduits, I got them back and I did not lose the 3rd party ones.

I am still having issues. For example, if I have the Photos set to sync, the connection is lost. Right now trying an idea I saw where someone said to sync without your SD card in, and then put it back in and sync again. (Actually, I don't need to sync the photos, but I would rather fix it now than later... it was causing weird unrelated problems that I might forget it did in the future if I don't fix it now.)

I thought I had it saying 4.1.4 originally when I installed 4.1, and then 4.1.4.. but now if I try to install one and then the other... the conduits disappear again. Seems they install to different directories but I do not see a way to choose it. 

NoteZilla is back to not syncing.
