Perhaps at the highest quality? The better the quality the better the
recognition. Plus, make sure you train and train Dragon. It also needs a
fairly powerful computer for the processing. I've not tried it but I have
both Dragon and an under $100 dollar Sony voice recorder. You might consider
getting a google voice account, it will put voice messages into text and
email it too you. I have had pretty good success here- for free- assuming
the voice message wasn't garbled.
