I was a Bonsai/GTD user on the Palm. The move to Android last Christmas caused a radical shift - thinking about data stored in the cloud instead of the known, deliberate "sync" operation. Shuffle is an open-source GTD application that links to a web service. I recommend you try it. Before the web service got started, I loaded my data into OpenLoopz and I've adapted myself to this for GTD.
