I'd recommend PocketInformant as a great calendar/task/notes/contacts app,
I've recently started using the version for the ipad and love it. Reminds
me of the datebk6/agendus days of palm. I think there are ways to get that
info over. Another thing I'm using on the ipad is Omnifocus for tasks.
Expensive but very good - not really necessary if you like PocketInformant.

and notes applications for at least ten years. With the demise of Palm,
it's now time to transition to something else. I have an ITouch, too, so
it seems like that would be a logical switch (i.e., no need to purchase new
hardware). I'm wondering if anyone here has made the transition and could
suggest what software might ease the transition? I'm considering Plan2Go
from Daytimer. Ideally I would want something that would allow me to
transfer most of my Palm data, either directly or indirectly (such as
through Outlook). As an attorney, I would prefer something with filters to
support multiple views similar to Outlook. This way I can sort tasks by
client or project or by priority. I would appreciate any suggestions. I
suspect that most readers of this group have already made the transition.
