I had been extensively reliant upon Agendus on the Palm and its ability to categorize tasks by context (based upon my categories). Complicating the transition was that I left solo practice and joined a law firm that relies upon Outlook Exchange, and my Treo 755p could just not do Outlook. While there is no Agendus for Android (I've been back and forth with the developer who hints at it, but that was nearly two years ago and I don't think it's coming), there are other options out there, depending upon whether one wants to use Exchange or Google as the database. Dataviz' Roadsync is one option, although the task synchronization is not excellent, in fact, I cannot recommend Roadsync for anyone who wants to root their Android phone and intends to change ROMs. Roadsync's database is too volatile, and you'll have to start over every time. On the other hand, Sense 3.5 has a built in task manager that syncs nicely with Outlook, and I have used that since switching from an Incredible to a Rezound.
