Anyone has tried Windows Phone 7?
I enjoyed palm (Zire 71, T|T, T3, TX, Treo, Centro, Clie, Z22), and true,
it's because of the interface and software (especially treo and centro,
which was very quick with keyboard shortcuts). But when Lumia800 came out,
I tried it because I like the design, and though sometime still miss the
Palm simplicity, but I don't have intention to go back.
For GTD/tasks, Chaos Control is Excellent and free. For calendar, the built
in is enough and can sync with Google or Live calendar. It's not as good as
even Datebk3, but it's enough for basic and effective use. For shopping
list, there's free software available too.
Free from desktop sync while having automatic cloud backup is good too. And
last, luckily there's an ukulele tuner, just like in Palm, for free. So
everything I need is in there.

As a bonus, the interface is really beautiful.
