And I am not g= oing to give that up for as long as I can. =C2=A0=C2=A0 When it comes to mobile it seems we have taken as many steps backwards as w= e have taken forward:=C2=A0 we put up with often atrocious sound quality an= d dropped calls from cell phones - who'd have accepted that from landlines = after the 70s?=C2=A0 the 60s? - for the sake of mobility (which is great to= have.) And we've lost the crisp and easy Palm user interface and functiona= lity for the sake of hundreds of thousands of apps (none of which are a fra= ction as useful to me as the old Palm PIM on a daily basis.)
