I appreciate the insights... I didn't realize the inroads Palm had made in
its day.  Most functions weren't present in my z22.  I wish I had as many
answers in bringing the old functionality to hardware that is readily
replaced (eg android.)

Fascinating.  Android google maps, navigator, and street view are nice, but
inaccessible when android is used as a phoneless wifi tablet as I use it.

Cameras are an android stronghouse.  Recording video, even 3D stereopsis
and playback in some models.

The Analyzer app gives live graphics of signal strengths and such.

puzzle/riddle geocaches, not a GPS application.
