[HS] Search Single Store

I'm using HS on a Sprint Mogul.  I have several stores set up in a single database.  When I select a single store in which I'm going to shop, then use the search function (magnifying glass icon) to find an item in that store, the result will show the same item for all of the stores in the database.  Is there any way to search within a single store only?  (This happens both with and without having Per store prices and aisles checked in the Database Options)
