By starting to delete a database, it happened to mention the file path in the "Are you sure?" warning and indeed the problem seem to be that the files need to be located individually in the  mobile "My documents" This was on the memory card.
However once I closed and reopened the program it no longer seems to see any of the databases on the card, even the ones I made today on the HTC.  Any ideas?
