[HS] Installing Lists on win 6.5 device

Hello, I have an HP Glisten with 6.5 Win mobile. I cannot figure out how to install the pre made lists that are in the files section on my device. Does anyone know how to do this? Or do I need to create from scratch? Not a problem...I just don't want to lol.

I have this program on my palm TX and I Love it! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
