[HS] Handyshopper list to text?

I have a very large list of ICD-9 codes for medical billing that I'm trying to figure out how to change to text for work. I downloaded the HS desktop app but I don't think that it will allow me to print the list in the same format that it appears on my Palm?

Any help would be appreciated!
