Hi, Bob If you have ever sync you HS databases to your pc, then when you sync again with you new device, those databases in your pc will also be uploaded to it. Another way is to use the Install tool that comes with the new device sync software to pick those HS databases in your pc for installation. Hope this help. I got a new one and installed the latest version of Handyshopper. Is there supposed to be a generic database of grocery type items that should be included with the download? or do I have to build the database up from scratch? Thanks.
