[HS] May have to hard reset Palm TX ... How can I save my HS database?

My Palm TX is giving me problems...

TX reboots sometimes, syncing isn't working etc and Palm wants me to do 
a hard reset and restore from scratch.

How can I first save my extensive HS database that I have on the TX?

Is there some way to save the database files etc to the TX's SD card?

If so, what files would I want to save?
