[HS] Re: Text-editing bug on Axim - text overlap

I found a repro:

The issue occurs only on WM2003 and earlier.
I normally test on WM5.0 and higher.

I thought the Axim X3 used WM5.0, but both the Axim X3 and the iPAQ 2215 use WM2003.  Once I realized how old the Axim was (there are too many Axim models, it's easy to get them mixed up), it was easy to find the repro.

Given the repro, I should be able to track down specifically why older OS versions paint the text control incorrectly, and come up with a workaround.
