I understand. So, my idea is to use the priority field to do this by hand. I 
will set the priority to 2 for all products except for those that have the less 
price per unit. For that I set to 1 and sort by priority field first.

I understand the desire, but it won't happen.
It's a computed field - computing it while sorting would be quite slow, and 
storing it in the database is out of the question for several reasons.
But the bottom line is this isn't a change I will make.
