Hi Chris,
I'm sorry Chris -- my app has a different name, but at the last minute before posting, I changed it to HandyShopper for the screenshot. I, in no way, want to infringe.
If you are going to build a WP7 version, I'll quit development on my app. I'd much rather have a version from you.
Again, my apologies,
Chuck

Subject: Re: [HS] WP7 Version
I noticed in the screenshots that it says "HandyShopper".
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but would you please name your application something else?
I hold the rights to the name HandyShopper, and as I've mentioned before, I am considering writing an official WP7 version of HS, though I am not actively doing so in the immediate present because I am still researching some technical issues. When I do eventually submit an official HandyShopper to the WP marketplace, naturally I would like to be able to name the official HandyShopper well um "HandyShopper". :-)
Also, imagine if Toyota admired the Ford Focus, and decided to make their own car called the Toyota Focus. At best, that would be rather confusing for customers.
I don't want to get support emails from your customers, and I don't think you want to get support emails about WM and Palm versions of HandyShopper.
Please rename your application.
Thanks,
Chris
