- What device is this? (Palm OS, or Windows Mobile) - What version number of HandyShopper? - Do you use any of the companion tools to edit databases? (such as HS2Util, the HS spreadsheet, etc). You could send your database to chrisant [at] premier1 [dot] net for analysis. Please include specific steps for how to reproduce the problem(s) (calling out specific items, and specifically where to tap, etc).
