I'm assuming you have Per-Store Prices enabled already.

I mentioned about the UnitPrice column earlier.  Have you turned on the UnitPrice column?  If another store has a better UnitPrice than the current store, then it even shows a red warning triangle (black, on monochrome devices) in the top right corner of the UnitPrice column, to indicate that the current store does not have the best unit price.
