[HS] Shops not disappearing

Lo,

I have say a bag of jelly babies that are on offer at Sainsburys supermarket for 71p. 
Later in the year Morrisons supermarket has jelly babies for 74p so i add that in and its ticked in Details > Stores.

If i uncheck the sainsburys price it still stays in the NEED view ad the cheapest when i would expect it to disappear as its unchecked.

I want to keep the older price even though its not available anymore ()offer) for reference but i cant seem to do that.

Is this a bug ie unchecking doesnt seem to change anything
