Well, let's say in 6 months, you're looking at your list and only saw 
the Morrisons price shown, because you unchecked the other store long 
ago, but forgot. You might think that Morrisons has the lowest price and 
keep getting it there.
Either way, someone is not going to like the behavior, so I doubt it 
will change.
Just know that when viewing All Stores, the price shown will always be 
the lowest entered price, regardless of the store being checked for that 
item for that store or not.
Knowing this, you can either go with it, or change how you use the app.
