[HS] Desktop editor for HS 3.1.1 build 5429 (windows mobile)

Hello,

Is there a desktop editor for handyshopper 3 for windows mobile?  I've downloaded hs2edit, ratshopper and hspceditor and they all don't seem to be able to open the .pdb files.  I found a mention of hs3edit in the group messages but didn't find it on the files section.
