[HS] Getting ##### on budget file

Hello everyone,

First I want to commend the creater for this app, it is the answer to what I have wanted to do for a long time.

My issues. 

1. When I do a negetive amount, such as -100.00, it shows as #####. It still tallies correctly tho.

2. When I use the HSTil tool, it shows negetive amounts in a strong of numbers and when reloaded it posts the amount $.01 less, forcing me to reset the amounts.
