[HS] MobiPalmSync.dll error

My Palm Z22 froze on Christmas!  I had it password protected and hitting on the keyboard button did not work so I could not enter the correct password.

Did several resets, no change

Did a soft reset (up button and reset), no change

Did a hard reset (on/off button and reset) and it rebooted fine but I lost data.  I have files backed up on my computer and was able to reload much of them.

Reloaded the new Palm Desktop 6.2.2 but I am getting the following message:

The Notifier file "C:/Program Files/Mobipocket.com?Mobipocket Reader/MobiPalmSync.dll" was not found.  Notifiers are used by HotSync Manager to inform other applications about synchronizations sessions.  Please check your configuration to correct this problem.

HotSyncManager is skipping over this file.

This message appears twice in the setup and then goes to finish.  

I did some searching on the internet and find various sites that want me to download a "fixer program" to change the registry but I cannot find the actual driver.  

Where can I find the driver that is missing or is this a virus?  Also, can I do this simply by copying the file to a specific location and if so, where?
