[HS] Version question

I have not used Handyshopper for several years and I have decided to start using it again mainly for grocery shopping. I'm using version 2.9b. Is it worth while upgrading to the newer version? 2.9b seems to be working well and I don't think I will need more features for my simple grocery shopping. Also, I use Handyeditor version 1.41 to modify lists. Would the newer Handy Shopper version conflict with Handyeditor. One last question, I see there is a version 1.44 of Handyeditor. Is this worth upgrading too. Thanks
