Even if he is, that doesn't mean he'll make a new HandyShopper for it. 
HandyShopper was not only something he did for himself, but also as a 
fun thing to do in his spare time. As you can imagine, tens of thousands 
of people depending on him, many of whom making repetitive demands on 
his time, might have gotten a bit old. Even if he did make HandyShopper 
for his new phone, I wouldn't fault him for keeping it to himself. ;-)

As for Styletap, it's not in the Google Play Store for me for some 
reason. I'd love to try it, but not if I have to root my phone to do it.
