I've just started using the latest version of Grocery IQ on my iPhone. It's a far cry from Handyshopper, but is the most useable free shopping app I've tried, IMO.

I'm not sure what you mean by not being able to sort by store. You can select individual stores with what you want to buy at each store from the List view. I cannot 'see' how to sort by aisle within each store, but I didn't use that feature in HS, so I don't miss it.

If you want to compare prices for the same item at several stores, e.g. Bananas: add Bananas to each store's List with the price & put the Store's name in the Desc. field. Then select 'All List Items' from the Lists view. The store's name appears after the Price info. Clumsy, but.... it works.
