Icons suddenly turning black and white

I downloaded an icon set.  It shows up in color on my palm, but not on 
Agendus for Windows.  I unfortunately do not remember if it was always 
in black and white, but I don't think it was (ie, it changed recently).  
Anyone run into this?  Thanks!!
