  Is there another version I don't know about?  My Menu > Misc only has 
Show/Clear Clipboard, Toggle Greyscale, Conversions, Compression, Remove Extra 
images, Remove non-icons, About.
  There is no import option.

  "About" claims IconManager v1.16b build 7109.

  "Get the latest version from PalmGear" is very nice, but results in the same 
version and build from them.  A casual purve around the 'net results in the same.

  Ditto for the files area of this group.
