Where Should The File Be For Importing .BMP images

I am using a Treo 700p and IconMgr v1.6b and I am unable to create an icon of my company's logo using the import from .bmp feature!  I have a native BMP file in DocsToGo, but the IconManager doesn't seem to find it.  If the feature works, where should the file be located?
