Recovery Icon

I am trying to create a Recovery symbol, which is a circle with an  
equilateral triangle inside, contiguous with the line of the circle.   
It is usually displayed with some thickness to the lines, as http:// 
pgrpages.com/repete/wallpaper/a1600x1200.htm.

In looking at Icon Manager's creation tool I can't figure out how to  
make a circle with the triangle inside and with thickness.  Tried  
drawing it freehand, and that was a disaster.

Have also tried Photoshop on a screenshot and it's really too much  
for my limited skills.  While it looks OK, it's too ragged and too  
big, and can't figure out how to make a Palm icon out of it.
