There is a link in this e-mail that you can click on to add yourself to my approved senders list. Once it is done, you will be on that list permanently. [As permanent as anything can be.] If I wrote to you, or recognize your e-mail address, I'll be watching my sender list so that I'll be able to add you myself. The same goes if this was some kind of order that I initiated, I'll watch the incoming mail and approve it. This has proved to be a great anti-spam measure. Although sometimes irritating in its implementation.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, but you will only need to do this once, your verification will permanently add you to my address book, that is not really my address book but my white list.
