Applications need their icon set to be on the device, not on cards.
See the Icon Manager Readme file for more info.

  I had the trial version of Icon Manager that came with some icons I
  purchased. I purchased a bunch of new icons and decided to download
  the latest version of IconMgr.

  I installed it on my card (which is where the other version of IconMgr
  was) moved all icon sets into the directory with the app. 

  IconMgr works fine... but none of my application with recognize any
  icons. Specifically, HandyShopper and Agendus.

  Help!
