Agendus & Icon Manager: Palm TX vs. Tungsten T3

Last week I got Icon Manager and was using it with Agendus 11.1 and my
old Tungsten T3. Pure bliss. My favorite view: Looking at the Month
view, and seeing all the little icons in each day.  But then yesterday
I got a new Palm TX. I loaded it with Agendus 12.03 and Icon Manager.
Now my icons show up in the Day view, but when I switch to the Month
view, they don't appear. I just get the default icon for all my events.
So...two variables have changed: New Palm with new OS (Garnet 5.4.9),
new version of Agendus (12.03). 
Any of you Palm geeks got any ideas?
