Import Icons

Hi there.  I am new to using the icon manager and relatively new using 
my Palm TX so please bear with me.  I have read the readme file with 
the icon manager and some of the posts here, but I haven't had any 
luck. :(

I just wanted to grab a photo and use it as an icon.  I changed the 
size to 18 x 18 pixels and just a little over 1 kb.  Then I renamed it 
to tire.imbmp and put it on my card using palm quick install.  Then I 
used filez to copied it to the internal memory.  I also used filez to 
rename it to tire.bmp and copied it to the internal memory. So I went 
back to icon manager and tried to import it again.  But it still says 
that there are no .bmp or .imbmp files.

I'm not sure what else to try and do?
