Confused using Icon Manager

I am not sure exactly how to use Icon Manager.

I purchased icon sets that I have synced onto my PDA however I cannot
figure out how to get them from the PDA into my Agendus program on my
Palm TX.  

I guess I am really dense because it seems that Icon Manager must be
so easy to use that there is no documentation that I can find to learn
how to use it. 

Would really love some help from someone!
