If you actually wish to delete an entire icon set (versus individual icons from a set), I would use a file manager program (ex. FileZ).

Gene,

The way you move icons is to highlight one or more of them (if you want to
select multiple icons you need to check the box allowing you to do that),
then copy or cut them to the clipboard. Then shut the icon et you are
copying from and open the set you want to copy to. Select the icon you want
the new ones to appear under and select "paste". Then you must shut that
icon set for the changes to take effect. If you leave it open in Icon Manger
the new icons will not appear in Datebk. I emphasize that because it is a
mistake I have made several times.

I am surprised that you say you cannot do that in the free version. I am
pretty sure you can. So be sure you are following the procesure correctly.

Subject: [IconMgr] IconMgr capabilities

I have downloaded several sets of icons and installed the "IconMgr" that
came with the icons. I know several years ago when I used "IconMgr" I could
pick the icons I wanted, move them to "DateBk5-icons" , then delete the
other
file to recover the space. The "free" version doesn't have that capability.
When I went to PocketGear (formerly PalmGear) to see if there was a
"IconMgr" that I could purchase that would accomplish what I needed, I could
not find it. Could someone guide me to where I could get such an
application?
