Putting together icon set

I have created a new icon set which I have named "Favorites" and have 
copied my most used icons from numerous sets into the "Favorites" set.

When I look at the Favorites set using Icon Manager  I see all the 
icons that I have collected there however when I look at the 
Favorites set when using Agendus Calendar, some of the icons do not 
appear in the set.

Am I missing a step?
