Viewing Icons on PC

I was just given a large collection of icons broken up into multiple
.prc files.  Is there an way to view the prc-based icon collection on
the PC before downloading it into the Palm and viewing with IconMgr? 
There are so many icons I'd rather peruse them first on the PC prior
to installing.
