As far as I am aware, this is not possible given that they are already
.PRCs, which can only be read by Palm.

The exception would be if you installed the POSE (palm operating
system emulator).  This is a tool that Palm program developers use to
debug their applications before selling them.  POSE runs on the
desktop and is free but it's hard to use, clunky, huge, and not worth
the trouble.

Another idea would be
http://www.mobilityware.com/KeyLink/KeyLinkProduct.htm which lets you
navagate your Palm using your PC mouse and keyboard....  Again ...
clunky.
