Hi Guys,
The developer, Chris has put instructions for importing .BMPs in the
Icon Manager download.  I think it's in the ReadMe file.

.ICOs might be a little harder...  You'll need to convert from .ico
format to .bmp, then import. I'm not aware of any straight-foward way
to do this.  A good workaround would be to use a "Screen Capture"
utility on your PC.  A good free one is Gadwin  (see reviews here:
http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-screen-capture-utility.htm).
  Put your .ico so that it's on a white background, then Gadwin will
let your click-n-drag and capture it's image as a .bmp.  After that
you can crop the image and make sure it's the correct dimensions for
importing to your palm....    You could even use your PC's built-in
PrtScn Button (near number keypad), then past it into the built-in
Paint program.
