Bill is correct.  Using images from the official site is
"litigiously dangerous."  There are plenty of companies and individuals that
would take legal sanctions just to make a point....   On the flip side:  Are
you planning to sell these icons?  Are you planning to publish them as your
own work?  Are you going to do *anything* that would undercut the owner's
ability to make money from their creation? Probably not.  I'm not a lawyer,
but I'm guessing that if you don't do any of these, then you haven't caused
any damages that can be the grounds for legal action.

Personally, I think it's closer to free advertising for the companies.  Make
your icons, then send them a bill!! :-)   (just don't tell them you got the
idea from me)

Side Note:  What, no StarGate?!?!?!   <wink>   -steve
