How do I access the database for my monthly planner?

Hi: I downloaded a smaller set of custom icons before finding Icon
Mgr for use in my MonthPlanner v 3.0.4 but can't seem to change the
default database so that I can now use Icon Mgr icons instead of the
set in the smaller database. I'm using a Palm Lifedrive. Is anyone
familiar with MonthPlanner software? Any suggestions? Thanks...
