For designing icons more than 18x20, then use BIRD.
Create a new database, create a BMP, and a family of
BMPs. This don't haves much features but it supports
bigger resolutions, like 64x64 to changing the big
icons of an app.
Note: If you don't know how to manage bird properly,
and you open and change DBs, your palm will need a
