Well, I went with "skate."  The seahorse was a bit harder... just too 
much detail vertically!  Not sure I'm satisfied with the results.  My 
rule ofthumb is that I should be able to make out my icons at the 
same distance that I can read normal font.  .... not sure it this is 
the case with the seahorse  ;o)
