Importing Date Book 3 Icons

I use Date book 5. I am still using a set of Icons which are stored in
memos as datebk3.

Can I import them into the Icon manager?

There is a facility in the dbicon editor which comes with datebook5 to
allows the datebk3 memo to be put on the clipboard. it then created a
set of icons, but only part of each Icon seems to have transferred.

Any ideas?
